The blog known as "The NASCAR Insiders" are reporting that Michael Waltrip Racing having some money troubles and are now laying off people. Of course this report has no source to credit other than the grapevine, but when you really think about it all three teams are stuggling to stay in the top 35. MWR is also struggling to find sponsorship for the #00 of Michael McDowell and they brought in Rob Kauffman to help them cut thier losses after a devastating 2007 season. MWR also may have to find sponsorship for David Reutimann's car as current sponsorship UPS may not come back next year.It will be interesting to see what happens at MWR over the next few months.
